Zweig Group, a full-service AEC management advisory firm, announced its client DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. has acquired SW Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. This acquisition represents a major investment in DBR’s healthcare engineering capabilities and increases the firm’s footprint in North Texas by adding more than 20 new employees to its Dallas office.
Zweig Group advised DBR through the transaction, and the deal team included Jamie Claire Kiser, managing principal at Zweig Group, and Drake Hamilton, an advisor with Zweig Group’s M&A team.
