Four new members have joined the Board of Directors for Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA), which is now comprised of three external and four internal members. This addition expands SMA’s reach, diversity, and insight into providing value to the communities we serve.

Dr. Hensley, Dr. Luarkie, Jamie Claire Kiser, J.D., and David Wilson, P.E., all bring significant contributions to this overarching goal.”
Jamie Claire Kiser is presently the Director of Consulting at Zweig Group, a research, publishing, and consulting firm for the AEC industry. She brings experience in financial analysis, evaluating transactions, and creative solutions for the financial needs of architecture, engineering, & environmental firms. Prior to joining Zweig Group, Ms. Kiser worked in commercial banking, managing the bank’s credit department. She holds a Masters of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, and Bachelors of Arts in History, all from the University of Arkansas. Ms. Kiser is a licensed attorney.
SMA’s team includes professional engineers, professional surveyors, professional geologists and hydrogeologists, soil scientists, surveyors, certified floodplain managers, environmental professionals, GIS/CAD operators, construction observers and support staff. Seven offices in New Mexico, as well as branch offices in Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Utah provide a base for more than 200 employee-owners to improve their communities.
